朝鲜领导人庆祝在平壤建造更多新住宅_商业

　　首尔，4月17日(韩联社)——朝鲜国家媒体周一报道，朝鲜领导人金正恩出席了平壤10000套住房建设完工仪式，并将该项目描述为最高政策重点之一。

　　据官方的朝鲜中央通讯社(KCNA)报道，周日晚上，金正日出席了首都华城区住房项目一期工程竣工的剪彩仪式。

　　去年2月，北韩启动了到2025年为止在平壤建设5万户新住宅(每年1万户)的5年工程。

　　朝鲜中央通讯社在一篇英文报道中说，金正恩说，在首都建造5万套公寓是执政党和国家推动的“长期计划”，是为公民提供更稳定的生活条件的“首要任务”。

　　在因制裁和新冠疫情封锁等经济困难的情况下，为了取得经济成就，改善人民生活，金正恩推动了该项目。

　　此次竣工后，北韩向平壤地区提供了2万套新住宅。去年，在松新和松花地区建设了1万套公寓和80层的摩天大楼。

　　目前，北韩正在平壤东北部的华城地区建设第2阶段的1万套住宅。

　　朝中社周一将最新的华城住宅区描述为占地150多公顷的“现代公寓街区”。

　　它还补充说，它拥有各种摩天大楼、高层公寓楼、公共设施和公共服务机构，以“适应公民的便利”。
